How to use

Our oil is 100% pure and undiluted. To apply to the skin, dilute with a high-quality Carrier Oil.
- Use 3-4 drops into a diffuser to promote relaxation.
- Dilute 6 drops into 10ml of a high-quality carrier oil, mix together, and use as a body oil to relieve muscle spams.

Warning & Safety

May cause irritation on highly sensitive skins; a skin patch test is advisable. GRAS status. Recommended using diluted in a carrier oil and to avoid broken skin and avoid use on children under 2 years of age.
